Bay Oaks is a wooded neighborhood covering nearly 700 acres and consisting of more than 1100 homes ranging in value from the upper $300s to millions. Bay Oaks home construction began in 1989 and was completed in 2002. The neighborhood is conveniently located in the heart of Houston's Clear Lake region just minutes from NASA's Johnson Space Center, the Kemah Boardwalk, and Galveston.
Education
Bay Oaks children attend some of the finest schools in the area as well as all of Texas. The public schools are Falcon Pass Elementary, Space Center Intermediate School, and Clear Lake High School, all within the Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD).

Bay Oaks is exclusive master-planned community with much to offer neighbors in any stage of life. The neighborhood is home to the Bay Oaks Country Club and Golf Course and maintains many other amenities. There are 5 playgrounds, a pool, tennis courts, a basketball court, and many small parks with benches ideal for resting during a walk among the tree lined streets.
Security Patrol
Bay Oaks is patrolled weekdays from 6 am until 10 pm Monday- Friday and 10 pm- 4 am on Friday and Saturday nights by USAPDS. The officer on duty can be reached directly by calling the patrol car at (281) 906-1782 during patrol hours. USAPDS offers vacation watch services.
